Why Choose Climate Control?

If you’re storing valuable items, or anything sensitive to heat and humidity, we recommend upgrading to a climate-controlled self storage unit. In Louisiana, the heat and humidity can be brutal!

Wood, electronics, paper, cloth, and much more are all susceptible to mold, mildew, or other heat expansion. Our top-tier climate control can help maintain a steady temperature in your unit, which fights the growth of mold and prevents heat expansion from ruining your prized possessions.

What Needs Climate Control?

Not all items need climate-controlled self storage units, but here are some that do:

  • Electronics
  • Furniture
  • Appliances
  • Heirlooms
  • Antiques
  • Collectibles
  • Clothing

Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.

Our rates vary between unit sizes and type of storage. For more information about our pricing, check out our rates page.

Please contact us if you have any additional questions about renting a unit.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

What is the best way to pack a unit?

Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.
